10U/12U Players
6 Week Program (January 17th – February 23rd)
Sessions Available: Tuesday & Thursday
(For maximum results, we recommend players attend 2 sessions per week.)

This Will Improve Any Players’: Speed & Strength Power & Explosiveness Agility & Quickness Balance & Flexibility Overall Health & Fitness |
Ø Players will be evaluated and receive the necessary feedback to further develop their skills, and learn the steps they need to take to reach their goals.
Ø This program is only for the competitive softball player looking to get an edge on the competition. Players will learn to perform at their highest ability, and learn what it takes to reach the college level. Players completing this program are sure to obtain great results.

Coaching Staff:
Ø We have some of the most knowledgeable coaches in the Bay Area, all with professional and/ or college baseball/ softball experience. We provide the best coaching, training, and resources to the student athlete.
Ø Program will be directed under the highly certified Mitch Taylor.

NASM, NCEP, NESTA, APEX, Kinesis, & Resist-A-Ball
Speed-Agility-Quickness, Personal Training, Advanced Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, Advanced Program Design, Nutrition, Core & Balance.
· Taught certification courses for the National College of Exercise Professionals for 3 years.
· I was a Fitness Director for a chain of Health Clubs for 3 years.
· Developed 3 Sports Performance Facilities & 1 Rehabilitation & Corrective Exercise Facility.
· Internship at the Riekes Center for Human Performance.
Played baseball at Hartnell Community College & then went on to Cal State Long Beach. In college I realized just how important training & preparing the body for sports really is, it can make or break us as an athlete. My focus on Physical Therapy to Strength & Conditioning is where I thought I could help more athletes excel in their sport(s) and decrease the chance of injury. 14 years later I am still in the field of Sports Performance
